About 10 years ago I weighed 110 kilograms. The belt that I am wearing didn’t fit around my waist.
Family and friends were concerned about my health so I decided to lose some weight.
I got some diet and exercise advice. Over the next few months I lost some weight and put it back on again. I felt hungry most of the time and I hated the boring cardio exercises. I eventually weighed 120 kilograms. So I gave up my weight loss goal and decided to increase my energy and health instead.
I ate plenty of delicious natural foods, very few grains and almost no processed foods. Some people commented about me eating such a large amount of food.
My weight did not change much at first but my waist measurement steadily decreased. I felt energetic and healthy and my weight decreased to 80 kilograms over the next 12 months.
